1.1. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them under the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy applies to this Policy. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising between the Terms of Use and the terms of this Policy, the provisions of the Terms of Use shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency or ambiguity. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Services shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy.
1.2. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at support@drinkdash.in with your order details within 7 days of receiving your product.
2. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
2.1. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY The User acknowledges and accepts that there may be certain orders that the Company is unable to accept and must cancel. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in the Users order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, cash on delivery (“COD”) facility not being available at the User’s pin code (if the User opts for COD while placing an order), inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect in the product. However, orders may be refused or cancelled due to reasons not listed herein. The Company may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact the User if all or any portion of the User’s order is cancelled or if any additional information is required to accept the User’s order. If your order is cancelled after your payment is processed, the amount paid will be reversed back to your account within 7-10 business days of receiving your bank account details for reversal of monies paid. No cash refund will be done at any point of time. In case of payments made via an online mode, the User will opt for a chargeback only if the Company has been unable to reverse the Users monies to Users account within the timeline set out herein.
2.2. CANCELLATION BY A USER
2.2.1. In case of requests regarding cancellation of an order, we reserve the right to accept or reject such request. If a request for cancellation is communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. If your order is duly cancelled, the amount paid by you will be reversed to your account within 7-10 business days of receiving your bank account details for such reversal. We cannot process a cash refund under any circumstances, in such cases refunds will be issued to the user to their bank account as provided to the Company. We will be unable to cancel orders that have already been processed (including an order that may have been processed within the first 24 hours) or orders for which cancellation request is received after the expiry of the 24 hour period mentioned herein. We have the sole and complete discretion to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you shall not dispute the decision made by us in this regard. After the expiry of the 24 hours immediately following the placing of your order, you would not be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.
2.2.2. In case of payments made via an online mode, you will be permitted to opt for a chargeback only if (a) you are eligible for cancelling your order as per this Policy and the associated Terms of Use; and (b) despite being eligible and cancelling your order, we have been unable to reverse monies paid by you to your account within the timeline set out herein.
2.2.3. The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of the Company’s Terms of Use.
2.2.4. The User acknowledges that this Policy only covers direct sales made by the Company. These terms apply for all modes of purchase made from the Company and its affiliates, including purchases made and/or orders placed on the Website.
2.2.5. The User must verify that the shipping address is complete, true and accurate so as to ensure that the items are delivered on time and the refunds are initiated without delay. The User accepts and acknowledges that in case the information provided is not complete, true, and accurate and on the basis of such information provided by the User to the Company, the Company initiates the process of shipping and/ or processes an amount of refund, then the Company shall not be held liable for the delay or non-delivery of the product(s) and/or the refund as the case may be.
2.2.6. For the purpose of these terms, “discount” includes a sale (including end of season sale), discount/offer code or coupon offered by the Company.
3. REFUND
3.1. Due to the nature and composition of the Company’s products, which are consumable and perishable, no returns or exchanges are accepted once the order has been delivered. However, a refund may be issued only in the following cases:
3.1.1. the product is received in a damaged, leaking, or defective condition;
3.1.2. the product received is incorrect and does not match the order; or
3.1.3. the Company is unable to process or deliver the User’s order.
3.2. Users must contact the Company within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing support@drinkdash.in with the following details:
3.2.1. order number;
3.2.2. name;
3.2.3. reason for refund request;
3.2.4. photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and its packaging; and
3.2.5. proof of purchase.
3.3. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7-10 business days from verification and confirmation of the request for refund by the Company.
3.4. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
3.4.1. the product is not in its original packaging;
3.4.2. products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are not in the same condition as received;
3.4.3. incorrect or incomplete address provided by the User when placing the order;
3.4.4. failure to provide proof of purchase by the User when making a refund request;
3.4.5. orders delayed due to courier, customs, or force majeure events; or
3.4.6. orders purchased during a sale or promotional offer, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
3.5. In case of multiple product orders, if one product is found defective, refund will be processed only for that specific product.
3.6. The User must provide appropriate bank account details in case of COD orders eligible for refunds.
3.7. There will be no refunds on discounted bills where any kind of discounts were applied to the order.
3.8. If your order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the Company may deduct the actual shipping and handling charges from the refund (if applicable). For orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount, including any shipping charges paid, will be refunded.
3.9. Refund is applicable only if a purchase is made by logging into User’s account.
3.10. In case of payments made via an online mode, the User may opt for a chargeback (return of money to the payer i.e. the customer of a transaction) only if:
3.10.1. The User is eligible for refund as per this Policy:
3.10.2. Despite being eligible, the Company has been unable to refund such money to the User’s account within the timeline set out herein.
3.11. For customers within India, all prices specified on the Website are inclusive of Indian taxes. It is clarified that certain product(s) may also include shipping charges which shall be reflected on the website page of the company. For customers outside India, custom duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local taxes. The Company will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these taxes to get the order released from customs.
4. REPLACEMENT
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or unfit for use, you may request a replacement by emailing us at support@drinkdash.in with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Upon review, if our team determines that the product qualifies for a replacement, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. In such cases, we may request you to safely discard the damaged product and refrain from using it. Please note that replacements are offered in lieu of refunds where applicable and are subject to verification and approval by the Company. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet our criteria.

6. LIABILITY
6.1. The Company’s maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on our Website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Policy for legal or regulatory reasons; for security reasons; to enhance existing features or add additional features to the Services; to reflect advancements in technology; to make reasonable technical adjustments to the Service; and to ensure the ongoing operability of the Services at any time by posting the revised terms in connection with the Services or on your account. You will be able not to accept these changes by cancelling your account at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, your continued use of the Services following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
